1.75mm Steel-backed Photopolymer Plate

Description

The 1.75mm Steel-backed Photopolymer Plate has one of the deepest reliefs compared to other letterpress printing plates. This product is perfect if you are using a magnetic base as you won’t need any glue or tape to mount it. It is also the hardest photopolymer plate available with a very high shore hardness of 90.

This hardness gives all prints a high-quality, tactile finish when using this printing plate. These hard plates are also ideal for Bakelite moulding. Additionally, the deep relief of this plate makes it well-suited for printing/embossing onto softer substrates compared to other polymer plates. This product works best for small artwork, as the plate tends to curl when used for large artwork or reversals.

This product can:

• be Wood-mounted to type Type Height (23.32mm)
• have Holes Drilled /Countersunk
• have Centres Removed for Rosettes
