KF152 Photopolymer Plates (1.52mm)

Description

KF152 Photopolymer Plates are the deepest relief polymer plates in the industry. The extra relief allows for a deeper emboss or deboss compared to other letterpress printing plates.

This product’s wide latitude allows for fine reversals and small type elements all on the same plate. It is highly durable and can hold very fine detail with high screen frequencies. Consequently, this combined with a great ink transfer from the plate to the substrate results in very high print quality.

We would normally take out around 1mm out of KF152 polymers which leaves a backing off around 0.5mm thick. It is very easy to cut with scissors due to the polymer’s softness and small thickness. These plates can be used on virtually any letterpress printing machine making them very versatile.

This product can:

• be Wood-mounted to Type Height
• have Holes Drilled / Countersunk
• have Centres Removed
