Magnesium Hot Foil Printing Plates

Magnesium printing plates are designed for high-quality hot foil printing.
Some other names people use to describe these printing plates are hot foil stamping plates, custom hot foil stamping plates, and foil stamping plates.
All thicknesses of magnesium foiling dies can achieve the same high-quality print finish. The cost and the max possible relief, or etch depth, are the only differences. A deeper relief is better suited to printing onto softer materials because the plate backing won’t touch the item that is being printed. However, thinner plates are more cost-effective for shorter print runs.
